Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Since some products are handcrafted and others are fulfilled by our trusted partners, shipping times may vary by item.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

To bring you a wider variety of products, some items ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partners while others ship from Howl + Ember. If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive separately and at different times.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received tracking information after 7 business days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Howl + Ember ships within the United States only.

Yes! Our candles are handcrafted in small batches with quality ingredients and attention to detail.

Are your products pet-friendly?

Many of our products are designed with pet lovers in mind. We recommend reviewing individual product descriptions for specific product details and safety information.

Are your candles safe around pets?

We recommend burning candles only in well-ventilated areas and never leaving them unattended. Always keep candles away from pets, children, and anything flammable.

Do you offer pet memorial products?

Absolutely. Honoring the pets we love is one of the inspirations behind Howl + Ember. We offer memorial keepsakes, urns, and remembrance items designed to celebrate the unconditional love our pets bring into our lives.

Are all products made by Howl + Ember?

While our candles are handcrafted by Howl + Ember, we also partner with carefully selected suppliers to offer apparel, pet products, home décor, keepsakes, and other specialty items that fit our brand and values.

How do I choose the correct size?

Most apparel listings include a sizing chart. We recommend reviewing the chart carefully before placing your order.

What if I’m between sizes?

For a more relaxed fit, we generally recommend sizing up. Please refer to each product’s sizing information for the best fit.
