Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade products, candles, pet memorial items, and personalized products are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Certain apparel and dropshipped items may be eligible for returns according to the supplier’s return policy.

Candle Safety

Customers are responsible for following all candle safety instructions provided with their purchase.

Never leave a burning candle unattended, near children, pets, or flammable materials.
