At Howl + Ember LLC, all candles, blankets, pet memorial items, and other made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer. Because these items are made to order, all sales are final.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Handmade candles
  • Wax melts
  • Blankets
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at howlember94@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Howl + Ember LLC is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
