By placing an order with Howl + Ember, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Returns
We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Custom orders
- Pet memorial products
- Pet urns
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Partner-Fulfilled Products
Some products sold through Howl + Ember are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers and production partners.
Return eligibility for these products may vary based on supplier policies.
If a partner-fulfilled item qualifies for a return, we will provide instructions based on the supplier’s requirements.
Certain partner products may only qualify for replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged/defective item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After production, fulfillment, or shipping has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Custom, personalized, and memorial products cannot be canceled once production has started.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Howl + Ember is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when possible.
